The first month of the New Year is already over! How time flies.....
Most of you had exams as soon as the New Year started followed by holidayswhich some of you celebrated as Pongal or Sankrant... Perhaps it is called something else in your part of the country. But we hope you all had fun!
Many of the mediators have been sending you pictures of the snow. Each time I talk to any of you, you all mention being fascinated by the snow.... Well there are plenty of pictures here for you!
We also just celebrated Republic Day, didn't we? Did any of you look at the Republic Day Parade on television? All the channels carried that telecast. And the tableaux presented by the different states....? They were gorgeous! Guess what, in some of your tests/exams you get asked about things like the uniqueness of the different states or what they are best known for, or even about Indian Democracy... Well Republic Day and all that surrounds it might be an interesting way to start learning about that.
And you can share with all the mediators too! I am sure they would love to hear how you celebrated it in school. And so would I! Do write through email or right here on the wiki.
